“changeling” - leaving a piece of yourself behind with the one you love

Pieces

Each of Brett Ishida’s works intertwine like dreams…

Her work is based on original scripts indebted to ancient Greek philosophy/poetry that revolve around everyday being and early childhood attachments which shape who we are and where we are going. She is creating memory-houses for audiences where themes and often characters reemerge in different pieces to build relationships and familiarity that might pull at our heartstrings in imitation of Life’s enigma.
